Review: Its Immortals too obvious compared with the 300 because it has the same producer and the sky and the slow-mo violence also in it. But for me, do not misunderstand, it's like Tron Legacy. It wastes a lot of good merit. Even the great tone. Its great for epic blockbuster. Visually, the production design and costumes are interesting, but do not have a better plot. Tarsem Singh is not a lot of the narrator. He just makes it look attractive costumes. May be fun and entertaining, but it feels unsatisfying.Lets started with the show, Henry Cavill should be when hes screaming, but good when hes not. The battle is quite good, though. Stephen Dorff could be good again if hes not in use. Mickey Rourke is always dangerous criminals. Frieda Pinto plays the point again in a blockbuster movie. God go best. Luke Evans and Isabel Lucas are soulful and their roles. Evans shouldve got more screen time though. Nothing was wrong with John Hurt. Hes pro.The Images undoubtedly great. The costumes were really interesting. Especially those in which the Virgin Oracle introduced the maid and the other slaves. Ball impressive. Fanboys love it because it's non-stop violence and exploding heads. Some people may call it a low CGI, but not really. Unique and may not be a major headache as the rest of blockbusters out there with too CGI.Since solid filmmaker, limit the appeal of storytelling. The characters do not do anything that is necessary for the story ends. Its disappointing. With all the proper narration at the beginning and a great tone. God does not show that much. But more disappointing against the Minotaur just as another sequence struggle. He had a bow in there, but the battle seems to be just okay. This film could have been better if the director was more interested in Greek Mythology.People like 300 or bloody violent movies can still find it amusing and entertaining fun. I have to admit, it was pretty awesome, but the story is too disappointing to be this good. If the film has a different director who could make a better moment to make a visual slow and Singh, violence and costumes, the film could do better. Fans of Greek mythology will surely be disappointed, but if you are in for some non-stop blood, exploding head, throat cutting, beheading, then this movie is for you. Better than Clash of the Titans. |
